In dealing with the (COVID-19) pandemic, we at From Home to Heaven remain committed to the well being of our clients and have implemented all precautions as advised by AVMA & CDC guidelines.
From Home to Heaven is an essential service and we want to reassure everyone that we will remain open and that we will continue to provide services to our customers.
To better conform to the AVMA & CDC guidelines, our only change is that we will limit our euthanasia’s to one per day. We take all necessary precautions by law and will wear a mask, gloves and a gown at the time of our visit.
There will be a staff member available to answer phone calls and questions.
We will ask the following questions to all clients before scheduling an appointment:
• Have you or anyone in your household recently been experiencing a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, unusual headaches, chills or body aches?
• Have you or anyone in your household traveled out of the country recently or been in contact with anyone who has been quarantined or diagnosed with COVID-19?
We hope everyone continues to stay safe, while following the recommendations and guidelines that have been set in place. Thank you so much for your cooperation and understanding during these trying times. Please stay safe and healthy.
We require a 24-hour notice to schedule appointments for euthanasia services. Masks are recommended for those who are not vaccinated. Our team is fully vaccinated and is happy to put on masks if requested. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and your family. We thank you for understanding.
From Home to Heaven strives to provide you with superior service and a wide selection of options that will allow you to pay tribute and cherish those memories of your beloved pet. We offer In-home euthanasia, deceased pet pick-up from your home, group and private cremation.
