We are a mobile in-home pet euthanasia service. We serve Northwest Indiana, South suburban Illinois and some areas in Chicago. We offer In-Home Pet Euthanasia, Deceased Pet Pick-Up and Cremation Options.

In the State of Indiana & Illinois, all bites and scratches to a person, domestic or wild animal that break the skin must be reported. Euthanasia cannot be performed on pets that have bitten within the last 10 days. Pets must be quarantined for ten (10) days following the bite.

Hours of Operation 8am-8pm
7 days a Week.

We require a 24-hour notice to schedule an appointment for in-home euthanasia.

Please DO NOT attempt to make any appointments via Facebook. Appointments can only be made by calling our office.

Dear Clients,

In dealing with the (COVID-19) pandemic, we at From Home to Heaven remain committed to the well being of our clients and have implemented all precautions as advised by AVMA & CDC guidelines.

From Home to Heaven is an essential service and we want to reassure everyone that we will remain open and that we will continue to provide services to our customers.

To better conform to the AVMA & CDC guidelines, our only change is that we will limit our euthanasia’s to one per day. We take all necessary precautions by law and will wear a mask, gloves and a gown at the time of our visit.

There will be a staff member available to answer phone calls and questions.

We will ask the following questions to all clients before scheduling an appointment:

• Have you or anyone in your household recently been experiencing a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, unusual headaches, chills or body aches?

• Have you or anyone in your household traveled out of the country recently or been in contact with anyone who has been quarantined or diagnosed with COVID-19?
