Proving In-Home Euthanasia, Deceased Pet Pick-Up and Cremation Options.
In dealing with the (COVID-19) pandemic, we at From Home to Heaven remain committed to the well being of our clients and have implemented all precautions as advised by AVMA & CDC guidelines.
From Home to Heaven is an essential service and we want to reassure everyone that we will remain open and that we will continue to provide services to our customers.
To better confirm to the AVMA & CDC guidelines, our only change is that we will limit our euthanasia’s to one per day. We take all necessary precautions by law and will wear a mask, gloves and a gown at the time of our visit.
There will be a staff member available to answer phone calls and questions.
We will ask the following questions to all clients before scheduling an appointment:
• Have you or anyone in your household recently been experiencing a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, unusual headaches, chills or body aches?
• Have you or anyone in your household traveled out of the country recently or been in contact with anyone who has been quarantined or diagnosed with COVID-19?
We hope everyone is staying safe and are following all recommendations and guidelines that are in place. Thank you so much for your cooperation and understanding during these trying times, and please stay safe and healthy.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will now require a 24-hour notice to schedule appointments for euthanasia services. We are also requiring all clients to wear a mask and have no more than 3 family members present at time of service. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and your family. We thank you for understanding. The From Home to Heaven Staff
From Home to Heaven strives to provide you with superior service and a wide selection of options that will allow you to pay tribute and cherish those memories of your beloved pet. We offer In-home euthanasia, deceased pet pick-up from your home, group and private cremation.
